the CMMA started with creating awareness on human trafficking and migrant smuggling in the medical sector. Participants of the second session were employees of the Emergency Department (SEH), Intensive Care (IC), Facility Services, Security and Academy of the Horacio Oduber Hospital (HOH). The participants were trained in recognizing indicators of human trafficking (exploitation) in people that come to the SOH for medical assistance.

CMMA conducted two days of awareness training with representatives of the Labor Department in Aruba (DPL). Very good discussions on the subject of human trafficking and how to detect the indicators. Looking forward to further cooperation.
